I finished making my pom-pom!

I didn't think it would be so dense and thick but i LOVE it!

The thing is, because it took so long, I'm not sure how bothered I am about making more...


Meh.

(Might go against what I said before, and knit a hat for it to be attached to. I have nothing else in this red for it to match with...)

This is it! Surprisingly entertaining...

People watch you and your pom-pom (in the making)

Men look, bewildered, and with more than a little curiosity...

Kids stare, transfixed...

Older women look endearingly at you...
(I, somewhat defiantly, think "I'M NOT KNITTING!!" - but realistically I'm not too far off grabbing a pair of chopsticks and knitting a scarf...)

beating the recession

I've found a way to beat the recession (and boredom on public transport)...

YAY!!!

I will get back to you as soon as I've charged my camera battery to show pictures...

At the moment, I'm doing a red one... I've had a request for a green and blue one, but we'll see how long this one takes to make...
